We collect only what you write into the contact form yourself:

• name
• e-mail
• phone
• the text of your message

The website obtains nothing else from you. There is no registration, there are no user accounts and we do not track how you move around the site.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange delivery.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, we rely on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not need and do not ask for your consent, because the processing rests on a different legal basis.

An enquiry that does not lead to business: 2 years from the last message.

An enquiry that becomes an order: for the duration of performance and then for the statutory period for accounting and tax records, as a rule 10 years.

After that period we delete the data.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing. It only goes where it has to:

• hosting and e-mail provider – processors who run the website and mail for us
• manufacturer and carrier – only when you place an order and production and transport have to be arranged; only what is necessary is passed on, that is name, address and phone
• accountant and tax adviser – for documents relating to a completed transaction

We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

This website sets no cookies at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no other measurement or advertising tool.

Fonts are stored on our own server, so your IP address is not sent anywhere when you visit.

That is also why you will not find a cookie consent bar here – there is nothing to consent to.

In relation to the processing you have the right:

• of access – to ask us what we hold about you
• to rectification of inaccurate data
• to erasure, where we have no grounds for the processing
• to restriction of processing
• to data portability to another controller
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest

Just write to info@virivky.net. We reply within one month.

If you believe we handle your data improperly, you may contact the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this text and state the date of the last change. It is worth checking back now and then.
