What to watch out for with large tubs
Transport and placing. A tub 220 cm across will not go through a garden gate or a narrow passage. We need access wider than 240 cm, or a crane.
Heating. 1 700 litres takes three to four hours from ten degrees. Plan the fire in advance, or count on keeping the tub warm.
The base. A full tub for six weighs over two tonnes. Here a concrete slab is closer to a requirement than a recommendation.

Is a large tub fine for fewer people?
It is, but heating and chemistry cost the same whether there are two of you or six. If you bathe as two more often than as six, consider a smaller model.
How much water does it hold?
The ELITE 220 holds 1 300 litres, the COMFORT FAMILY 220 holds 1 700. Filling from an ordinary garden hose takes about an hour.
