Hot tub for 4 people
The best-selling size. A family fits comfortably, and yet the tub does not take up half the garden or send the energy bill through the roof.
Why four is the sensible choice
A tub for four holds around 1 000 litres. That is the limit where you still heat up in two hours and the chemistry costs a few dozen euros a year.
With six-seaters the volume grows to 1 300 to 1 700 litres, and heating and running costs rise with it. If two to four people usually bathe at your place and six only a few times a year, the smaller model plus more frequent use is the better deal.

Frequently asked questions
How heavy is a tub for four when full?
Around 1 200 kg with people in it. The base must be level and load-bearing – ordinary slabs on sand are not enough, you need a compacted sub-base or a concrete slab.
Do four people really fit comfortably?
In round models of 160 cm, yes – you sit around the rim. Square models give more room because the corners are used better. If you regularly bathe as four, we would rather recommend 195 cm.
